Online Photo Club

Official Photo Submission Rules

Our club strives for fair competition and high-quality submissions. To participate, all photographs must be the original work of the submitting member. We accept a variety of common file formats, including **.jpg, .png, and .webp**. For consistency across our voting and gallery pages, please ensure your submitted file is no larger than **5MB** in size and has a minimum resolution of 1920 pixels on its longest edge. We do not accept images containing explicit content, hate speech, or excessive watermarks that detract from the image itself. Minor post-processing, such as basic color correction, cropping, and contrast adjustments, is allowed, but composite images or heavy digital manipulation that fundamentally alters the original scene will be disqualified, especially in categories like Wildlife and Nature.

Each submission must adhere strictly to the photographic theme of the specific category it is entered into. For example, an image submitted to the 'Wildlife' category must primarily feature a non-domesticated animal in its natural habitat. Submissions must be sent to the designated email or uploaded via the form outlined on our Submission Page. By submitting your photo, you grant the Online Photo Club a non-exclusive license to display the image on our website for judging, voting, and gallery purposes. Submissions that do not meet these criteria will receive an email notification and a chance to resubmit, provided the category deadline has not passed. We encourage all members to read these rules thoroughly before participating.
